Thank you very much for your reply.
We have removed the check box for applying shipping address
changes to all reservation, as we have been having many
customers updating their shipping address, and accidentally
unchecking the check box, assuming the orders are to be
shipped to the address registered on the account page anyway,
and had their packages sent to wrong destinations,
causing them to either become lost or returned to us.
We found that there is no need for the option,
as we accept orders in understanding that we will be
shipping the order to that customer, so there should be
no reason for a customer to need to ship orders to
an address different to that registered on their account.
If there is serious need for change of shipping address,
a customer can simply contact us, explain the reason
for the change, and we will be able to handle the problem
case by case.
As this option to change shipping address caused a
number of abusive use of our site which were fraudulent,
such as using someone elses Credit Card and having
the shipping address changed to your own afterwards,
and similar cases with PayPal as well.
We have not added this information to the FAQ as we did not
feel it necessary, and you are our first customer to inquire
about us removing the tick box.
